Sundays "ON"

Our neighbors tease us because we refer to Sundays as either "Hammer-on" or "Rife-on". Well, for conference this weekend we decided to have a "Hammer/Flitton-on"! The Flittons are our next door neighbors. Let me start by saying- their awesome! The day after we got the key to our new house we decided to drive up and just look around. We were only here a few minutes before there was a knock at our back door. There stood Michelle Flitton with plate of cookies in her hand ready to welcome us to the neighborhood. We've been friends ever since.

We started out by going to their house between the sessions for a yummy dinner- we made mashed potatoes and rolls, and they made 2 different meat/veggie combos in the crock pots. It was so good. Then after the second session we had a chocolate fountain buffet at our house and also some chips and queso. It was so much fun. They are a riot. Their youngest is almost 5 but she and Ayden get along so well. It was a great way to spend conference Sunday. We are so lucky to have such great friends so close by.

I'm glad you had a good conference weekend and have good neighbors and friends so close. I had a good weekend, too and I'm happy to have my test (I got a 93!) and lunch for the Korean General Authority done. Andra is here and wants to see you this week.
Two weeks to Disneyland!
